The Empathic Little Humans Press caters to young readers. It is dedicated to publishing books that assist children and their families in navigating various challenges, from mental health issues to social justice concerns. Our aim is to destigmatize mental health disorders and promote understanding and acceptance of diverse identities and experiences, such as those of the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities.

We believe that open, mindful, and culturally competent discussions about mental health, social justice, and personal identity should be an everyday occurrence. To this end, we aim to provide families with the tools they need to facilitate these important conversations. Our books cover a broad spectrum of topics, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, addiction, parents' incarceration, forms of domestic violence such as parental alienation, separation, divorce, child abuse, mindfulness, death, self-harm, trans identities, and LGBTQ+ rights.

In doing so, we hope to cultivate empathy and understanding in our young readers, fostering a more inclusive and compassionate future.
